Seminar project for administrators, mentor teachers, and school coordinators in the collaborative teacher professional development program for student teachers in 4 educational institutions.

On May 6, 2026, Assistant Professor Dr. Sophon Chaiwatnakulvanich, Dean of the Faculty of Education, Songkhla Rajabhat University, presided over the opening ceremony of the seminar for administrators, mentor teachers, and coordinators from network schools participating in the teacher professional development program for student teachers. The seminar was held online via Zoom and targeted school administrators, mentor teachers, and coordinators from network schools involved in the student teacher professional development program. The objective of this seminar was to build knowledge and understanding of the teaching practice process in school level 4, as well as to exchange ideas on how to develop more effective teaching practices that align with the professional standards of the Teachers Council of Thailand. Dr. Chanaporn Uetrakul, Songkhla Provincial Education Officer, and Assistant Professor Dr. Thapanawat Sukpala, Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs and Teacher Professional Development, Faculty of Education, were invited as speakers to share their knowledge and experience for the development of future professional teachers.

Project: Briefing Seminar for Administrators, Mentors, and Supervising Lecturers for Students Prior to Teaching Practice in Specific Subject Area 1, Code 68.

On May 3, 2026, the Master of Education program in Curriculum and Instruction, Faculty of Education, Songkhla Rajabhat University, organized a seminar to brief administrators, mentor teachers, and supervising lecturers for students before their teaching practice in Specific Subject 1, code 68. The seminar was held online via Zoom in conjunction with on-site training in room 68-310, Faculty of Education, Songkhla Rajabhat University. Retired Assistant Professor Dr. Montri Denduang, Assistant Professor Dr. Juraisiri Churak, and Dr. Kulapat Yingdamnoon served as guest speakers. The objective of this seminar was to provide knowledge and understanding of the guidelines for supervision and evaluation of teaching practice in Specific Subject 1 to administrators, mentor teachers, and supervising lecturers, ensuring compliance with the professional standards of the Teachers Council of Thailand. It also aimed to enhance effective supervision and evaluation skills, thereby raising the quality of teacher graduates to meet professional standards and be ready for practice.

Orientation and workshop program on classroom teaching practice prior to teaching practice in specific subject area 1 for students with student ID number 68.

On May 2, 2026, the Master of Education program in Curriculum and Instruction, Faculty of Education, Songkhla Rajabhat University, organized an orientation and workshop on classroom teaching practice before students embark on their teaching practice in Specific Subject 1 for students with student ID numbers starting with 68. The event was held in room 68-310 and featured distinguished experts and school administrators, including Mr. Sarawut Yodarak, Mrs. Aree Chanthong, Dr. Sakolwan Sukmee, Dr. Montri Denduang, Assistant Professor Dr. Juraisiri Churak, Dr. Waraporn Kaewseewhite, and Dr. Kulapat Yingdamnoon, who shared their knowledge and experience as speakers. The objective of this activity was to prepare students with the necessary knowledge, understanding, and skills for effective classroom teaching in Specific Subject 1, in accordance with the teacher professional standards of the Teachers Council of Thailand. This will help to improve the quality of learning and build confidence in becoming professional teachers in the future.

The independent research examination for graduate students.

On April 30, 2026, the Master of Education program in Educational Administration, Faculty of Education, Songkhla Rajabhat University, conducted an online independent research examination for graduate students via Zoom. Dr. Narongsak Robkob chaired the examination. Mr. Tewarat Maneeroj presented his research entitled “Conflict Management of School Administrators as Perceived by Teachers in the Private Education Office of Songkhla Province.” His advisor was Assistant Professor Dr. Sarutipong Phuwatcharavaranon, and Dr. Ath Chatthayawarakul served as a committee member.

On April 30, 2026, the Master of Education program in Educational Administration, Faculty of Education, Songkhla Rajabhat University, conducted an online independent research examination for graduate students via Zoom. Dr. Narongsak Robkob chaired the examination. Mr. Arif Marasa presented his research entitled “The Relationship Between Leadership, Change in School Administrators, and the Creation of Learning Organizations in Schools under the Office of Private Education, Satun Province.” Assistant Professor Dr. Sarutipong Phuwatcharavaranon served as his advisor, and Dr. Ath Chatthayawarakul served as a committee member.

On April 30, 2026, the Master of Education program in Educational Administration, Faculty of Education, Songkhla Rajabhat University, conducted its independent research examination for graduate students online via Zoom. Dr. Narongsak Robkob chaired the examination. Ms. Orapan Chanpen presented her research entitled “Motivation in the Work Performance of Teachers in the Digital Age in Schools under the Songkhla Primary Educational Service Area Office 1,” with Assistant Professor Dr. Sarutipong Phuwatcharavaranon as her advisor and Dr. Ath Chatthayawarakul as a committee member.

On April 29, 2026, the Master of Education program in Educational Administration, Faculty of Education, Songkhla Rajabhat University, held its independent research examination for graduate students in room 68-313, Faculty of Education, Songkhla Rajabhat University. Dr. Paliwan Sittikarn chaired the examination. Two students presented their independent research: Ms. Suloha Saha, on "Parents Expectations Regarding School Administration According to the Operational Standards of Early Childhood Development Centers under Local Administrative Organizations in Pattani Province," and Mr. Nattapol Chengyim, on "Job Satisfaction of Teachers in Special Needs Schools in Songkhla Province." Dr. Ath Chatthayawarakul served as the advisor, and Assistant Professor Dr. Rujiraphan Kongchuey served as the examination committee member.

Meeting of the Faculty of Education Executive Committee, 3/2026.

On April 30, 2026, Assistant Professor Dr. Sophon Chaiwatnakulvanich, Dean of the Faculty of Education, Songkhla Rajabhat University, chaired the 3rd/2026 Faculty of Education Executive Committee meeting online via Zoom. The meeting aimed to drive the faculty s operations in accordance with established plans and policies. The Vice Deans, Assistant Deans, Program Chairs, Heads of Offices, and other heads of departments participated in the meeting. They reviewed and monitored the progress of various aspects of the faculty s work and discussed ways to further enhance its efficiency. During the meeting, congratulations and flowers were presented to Dr. Phet Rongpol on his selection as a "University Council Member representing the permanent faculty." This is a great honor and source of pride, reflecting his knowledge, abilities, and the trust placed in him by the university s faculty.

Participating in the ceremony to receive the Royal Decree appointing Associate Professor Dr. Chusak Ekpetch as Chairman of the Council of Songkhla Rajabhat University.

On April 29, 2026, Assistant Professor Dr. Sophon Chaiwatnakulvanich, Dean of the Faculty of Education, Songkhla Rajabhat University, along with the Vice Dean and Head of the Office, participated in the ceremony to receive the Royal Decree appointing Associate Professor Dr. Chusak Ekpetch as the Chairman of the University Council of Songkhla Rajabhat University. The ceremony took place in the Wichai Rattanakiranawor Meeting Room, Faculty of Science and Technology, in accordance with the Royal Decree announced on April 3, 2026. Assistant Professor Pichet Chantavee, President of Songkhla Rajabhat University, read the Royal Decree during the ceremony. On this occasion, the Faculty of Education s administrators congratulated and presented a bouquet of flowers to Associate Professor Dr. Chusak Ekpetch on his appointment as Chairman of the University Council of Songkhla Rajabhat University, which is a great honor and source of pride for the university.

All activity
