Organized by the Songkhla Provincial Office of Social Development and Human Security, the event aimed to promote access to and utilization of public facilities, welfare, and government assistance for people with disabilities, in accordance with Section 20 of the Act on the Promotion and Development of the Quality of Life of People with Disabilities B.E. 2550 (2007) and its amendments (No. 2) B.E. 2556 (2013).
