On August 25, 2025, Asst. Prof. Wanchat Charuwanno, Vice President for Planning and Budgeting, along with Asst. Prof. Nidarin Chulawan, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Education, Asst. Prof. Dr. Ekapol Pairoj, Assistant Dean of the Faculty of Education, Faculty of Education personnel, and Policy and Planning Division, Office of the President, attended an academic seminar to review the Songkhla Provincial Human Resource Development Plan on “Education Day” at the Crystal Hotel, Hat Yai. The opening ceremony was presided over by Mr. Sangkhom Kerdkho, Deputy Governor of Songkhla Province. The seminar aimed to assess successes, problems, and obstacles in implementation and emphasized the importance of human resource development of all ages in line with social and technological changes, particularly the role of artificial intelligence (AI). Asst. Prof. Nidarin Chulawan, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Education, represented Songkhla Rajabhat University in presenting the results of its operations to the meeting, along with four universities in Songkhla Province.
On August 23, 2025, the Faculty of Education underwent an internal faculty-level quality assessment for the 2024 academic year. Assistant Professor Dr. Sopon Chaiwattanakulwanich, Dean of the Faculty of Education, along with the executive team, presented the faculty s performance both online via Zoom and onsite at the Vanda Meeting Room 68-606, Faculty of Education. On August 21, 2025, Assistant Professor Dr. Kantaphon Mahamat, Vice President and Acting President of Songkhla Rajabhat University, presided over the opening ceremony of the SKRU OPEN HOUSE project at the Chalermprakiat Auditorium, Songkhla Rajabhat University. The Faculty of Education participated in the curriculum promotion activity, showcased teaching and learning capabilities, and provided information on new student admissions. The activity aimed to provide guidance and inspiration to high school students in their search for identity and preparation for university studies. On August 17, 2025, the Faculty of Education, Songkhla Rajabhat University, in collaboration with the Association for the Promotion and Development of STEM Workforce for the Future, organized the Creative Math Competition, All Thailand Competition, using the Battle of the Numbers (B.O.N.) board game. The competition took place in the Niwat Klin-ngam Meeting Room, 6th floor, Faculty of Industrial Technology, Songkhla Rajabhat University. At the event, Assistant Professor Dr. Sopon Chaiwattanakulwanich, Dean of the Faculty of Education, delivered the opening address, and Ms. Duangsamorn Klongsara, Vice President of the Association for the Promotion and Development of STEM Workforce for the Future, welcomed the participants.The competition was judged by 120 first- to third-year students in the Bachelor of Education Program in Mathematics, along with 276 students from Prathom 4 to Mathayom 4.The objective was to develop mathematical abilities through the gamification process, creating motivation and enjoyment in learning, promoting analytical thinking, problem-solving, and creative strategy development skills, and stimulating students creativity and diverse skills. and adaptable to all situations.This competition reflects Songkhla Rajabhat University s role in driving innovative mathematics learning and inspiring the next generation of youth in the learning era of the future.
